We can schedule regular onsite visits from our engineers to carry out maintenance checks and to troubleshoot any issues you might have experienced recently. The frequency of our of visits can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

Raise a ticker on our portal and see progress in real-time, see assigned technicians, and stay informed every step of the way. Our transparent status updates keep you in the loop, so you can get back to business with confidence.

Procurement & Set-Up

If you require new or additional hardware we can procure and set-up any device you need! The device will arrive with you pre-configured allowing you to simply plug in and go. You can also track the progress of your order through our online portal!

We currently use Zephi for our IT support and, although it is still early days in our working relationship, I have found Aaron and Dan to be consistently helpful, responsive, and professional. Simply IT Super Hero's !! Since moving to Zephi quite recently they have certainly been a great choice after working with many other providers in the past they stand out in their own right. Patience, attention to detail, management and customer care is the best I have experienced to date.
