We are delighted to announce that the team here at Zephi is growing!
We always want to give our customers the best possible service and have brought on some talented new additions to the team to help us. While they have all been working at Zephi for a while now, and you may well have met them already, we thought it is time for some proper introductions!
Giles Magee – Giles actually started working for Zephi back in November 2020, but has recently increased his hours with us. Having extensive experience in both customer service and operations management, Giles’ favourite thing to do is assisting our clients with their Smartsheet and ActiveCampaign projects. An experienced copywriter, he also helps us provide our content creation service.
Ellie Cowan – Ellie has joined us to pursue her apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. Her developing skills in social media and email marketing have already been put to excellent use, helping us manage both our own activities as well as those for a number of clients. Although she started working with Zephi over the summer, Ellie has now come on board full-time and we are excited to watch her grow her marketing experience.
Stacey Yapp – The most recent addition to the team, Stacey joined Zephi as an Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) expert in August 2021. Having developed a passion for SEO throughout 2020, she now loves nothing more than seeing a client’s web rankings improve! Bringing with her over 12 years of customer service experience, Stacey is a perfect fit to Zephi’s customer-focused approach.
